What is the best Free theme in terms of quality in functioning well!

Please tell me, looks don't matter - I will arrange some facial sessions later.

But what according to you id the best theme that works flawless and whom do i ask if I want to add some changes to the theme later, like --

header image
other images
streaming of videos
etc


and also tell me which host to choose, I have my sites on hostmonster, hostgator and mochahost.

Out of which mochahost never show my site online, they are thieves - stay away from them.

I already have one forum each on hostmonster and hostgator with other sites.

So i can't have another forum - as a forum will consume too many resources and i don't want to risk my other sites due to this.

So guys tell me what is the best shared host to host a forum, and what if I want to make a forum like how to rob a bank in 15 minutes.

I mean , what are the limitations on those hosts that you gonna suggest, and what if I really want to host a forum for robbers or like that, then which host to choose?
