This theme is based off the default MyBB theme for 1.4 though it will and has some smoot and professional differences. Again this theme is still in development stages and more features can and will be added as it reaches initial release completion. I am also open to suggestions.., and I am also thinking of creating several color schemes as an alternate option to the default them for those that want a smooth, simplistic and professional approach to a nice default theme.


Installation Instructions:
==========================================

1. Upload the included images to your ./images directory

2. In the Admin CP import the included theme XML file

3. View it in your User CP

4. Now have fun with your forum!

You may not remove or change the MyBB copyright nor the Theme © by Vintagedaddyo nor the Theme Group Copyright © by MyBBThemes statements in the footer of this theme's templates. I don't really like how the color scheme is Defaultish. But otherwise, it;s good.

LOL..., yeah that is indeed the whole point in this particular color scheme..., as it states in the description..., " an alternate option to the default theme for those that want a smooth, simplistic and professional approach to a nice default theme"..., it is meant to be a default alternative..., though I plan to also release other non defaultish color schemes of this theme at some point as well.

Yeah this is simple and just a preview of a development staus default alternative..., but I do have some similar more enhanced and better color schemed versions of this sort of theme in the works..., as well this this theme will be containing a few additional changes as it reaches completion..., and as it reaches completion I will update the screenshot to represent the additional changes. So stay tuned!

Yeah it is a fun menu.., though I have a few changes to make to it. And of course i have plenty of other routes I can go with it. I also have a similar based menu with the addition of dd features in another development phase theme i am working on. As to "focusing on on other elements" well of course that goes without saying..., LOL hence why this is clearly posted as a pre-release "development stage theme..., ie: it has alot of changes coming to it before its initial public release...,( also the screens will be updated as it progresses) though as it also clearly states that this particular theme is trying to stick to the default simplistic feel as it is meant as a replacement for the default them.., as I also clearly stated there are a few other themes I plan to release in this particular theme genre that are more enhanced non defaultish versions based on elites barebones layout yet with implementations of enhanced features..., more graphical additions, better non defaultish color schemes and focusing on more element changes..., so keep posted as you will see more in the future. Also as you will find I always clearly state my theme intentions in all pre release and release statements..., so it is recommended to read them thus avoiding confusion on the direction a theme is going. As this is indeed not my "first rodeo" I find it a common place to remind viewers to not jump to conclusions on said pre-release previews as it is merely a sneek preview into a future release..., and yes i do take into account readers suggestions..., but reserve my rights to do as I choose with my designs and it has seemed to serve me well over the last 15 plus years as a professional designer and developer in the computer services and systems administrations industries as well as the numerous open source communities I contribute to regularly. Thanks for your time.., comments and suggestions.

Thats really good, the tabs are a great improvement, also as far as I'm concerned (depending on your license) you've done all the hard work in the templates etc for your theme, and its not hard to change a few colors!
