MyBB is the best

Ever since I started using MyBB i have never regretted it. Some of the other forums that are available dont work well and you cant even get nice themes for them.

MyBB is a tick in every box for me, the service is good as when you post a thread for help I got a response for help in the day where a mate of mine was using a different forum he waited up to a week for help.

Yeah, I agree with you. Though mybb till now is missing some essential features like the ModCP and the User Warning System, these features have been implemented at 1.4 and I am really proud to be allowed to access the beta version. I can say that it's just wonderful! Mybb is very close to being the free clone of a very known forum software which is sold at $180! I even saw many people attempting to convert from that software (which they paid for!) to the Mybb software. Very supportive people, nice styles and themes everywhere, many useful plugins. I have used phpbb, vbulletin, YaBB, SMF and even Invision Power Board (well, I didn't want to state names, but...). The only competitor I saw for Mybb was vbulletin and IP board with a few more features than Mybb. After the release of 1.4, I think some companies will go out of business

Glad you like MyBB. Looks like you've already summed up why it's good, so I won't repeat the reasons. But I must say, out of all the forum softwares I've tried, MyBB was certainly the best.

I agree MyBB is one of the best i mean it got many supporters out there for it mods themes and more some forums you have to buy for like $180.00 and they not even that good. I say MyBB is one of the best nither less the best as it got many supporter and web 2.0 looking. Plus easy to use.

long live mybb, i've used vbulletin, phpbb, ipb and SMF and i have to say that mybb is certainly better than those.

I used to swear by IPB untill I tried MyBB (which I hadn't heard of!) and it is amazing how you can so easily edit what other forums software wouldn't from the ACP! and I don't know if you've tried it by MyBB 1.4 solves every poblem Ive ever had with it!

In my opinion IPB is extremely easy to configure so it is better for new people with boards. At least without any experience. At least that is what I've seen in my experience with IPB. So it would be a better choice or the newer administrators in the world of boards.

I do have to agree with you on this. MyBB Forums is the best look, security and design'd forums out there.
