Lo que quiero saber, es que si es posible poner las respuesta a temas, para algun grupo especifico, con color e imagen.

Oye, eso de esa imagenes que pusiste es bien curioso. Hasta donde yo se, se podría hacer asignándole a cada grupo de usuario un tema diferente. Pero es demasiado trabajo sólo para cambiar esa partecita del diseño.
