Emoticons [GIMP + PS]
Author: Tarazar
Program: GIMP and Photoshop
Level: Beginner. Basic knowledge of the program is required.
Notes: While this tutorial is both GIMP and PS friendly, it is written using GIMP so the commands and keyboard shortcuts may differ. I also recommend the 130 Ultimate Web 2.0 Gradients for GIMP and PS.

RE: Emoticons [GIMP + PS]
Awesome tutorial. I'll have to try it out one day, but I'm not much good at drawing the smilie faces. :P

EDIT
I downloaded that pack of gradients for my GIMP. They're great!!

RE: Emoticons [GIMP + PS]
I use PS, but I also use GIMP so this works XD

Great tutorial man, I made some of my own, and notice, I've duplicated the IP.Board emoticon! The face I made is pretty basic, but at least you can see that I've duplicated IP.Board :)

Here they are:

If you want the base, I'll give you that too :)

RE: Emoticons [GIMP + PS]
Well I guess certain generators could be useful because I'm impatient so making all those layers and frames just for one animation would kill me. So yeah, I guess that could be a compromise XD
