How do you install these on a forum?

I tried to install them on mine, but they didn't appear because they are .Png files and not .Gif.

You need to upload them first, I usually make a new folder under the images/smilies folder.
Then you go to your ACP > *Don't remember where, but find Smiley Manager...* and add multiple smilies, browse to the correct directory and add 'em in!

I like these smilies, but I prefer them a little bigger, for some reason. They're just soo small, you can barely tell what they're trying to express.
