Sorry for not being clear, but I kinda meant custom titles as in:
Post Count Based User Titles.

Yeah, it only works on Members. Other usergroups have Admin, Moderator, etc.

If you want to make them work on other usergroups you need to edit those particular usergroups.
Let's use Admins as an example.
ACP > Users and Groups > Manage Groups > *Edit* Administrators.
"User Title" should be the 4th box down, and delete what's in it. Make it entirely empty. The description says:
If nothing is entered here the usertitles system will be used instead to show the title.
So in other words if this box is empty admins will also use the post count usertitles you've specified.
