I believe that is a new plugin I've installed 'Right Place' which makes the user under a certain amount of posts confirm what forum they are in before allowing them to post.
I've never head of that plugin, FFW! LOL, no wonder Marcha is confused.

I might have to check that out. So it only lets them post in certain areas? Hmmm...
It doesn't say where I should confirm it - I've looked in my User CP to see if it's a check box to confirm a forum-rule
- and I double checked every 10 times I tried
to see if there was a check box for confirming something - but there is not!

The checkbox is below the textfield when you create a new thread.

No.. Let's say you set it in the ACP to 15 posts. Anyone under that post level will have to confirm in which forum they are trying to post a thread. Anyone above that post count will not have to confirm. Just like an additional security question making sure the user knows which forum they are trying to post in.
