I'm trying to think of where to put an affiliate section on here; whether to do it on a new page, or on the index.. Any ideas?

Just put them on the footer, just like you've done those topsites buttons. As on my site they will be on every page as well soon. I will put the button up later today, or tomorrow.

You can just put them in the same bar in another line using <br>, or something like that.

IMHO, I don't like seeing a forum too cluttered. Not when other pages can be created for such things as Affiliates, Top Sites etc. Plus, isn't that why Portals are created too, to add such things if possible?

One bar with same-size images doesn't make it cluttered..
