It is not for support threads. If you must post a support thread, please do so in the MyBB Support forum.

I'm sorry, didn't realize this section was only for releases.
It would be nice if I can actually get the support I need on the official Mybb forums.
I had a thread about a problem with the inline thread popup plugin that I kept bumping up for two months straight, yet no one bothered to help or reply and my thread kept getting bumped down regardless. I was eventually forced to fix it myself through trial and error.
Now I have a thread over there about a MySQL problem with Auto Assign User Groups, and it looks like the same thing is going to happen again and I won't be able to get the help I need.
I saw you had a Mod/Plugins section here and took it as if it were a support forum and was hoping I could finally get the help I needed I was previously unable to get at the Mybb forums.
However sorry for the misunderstanding, looks like I won't get the help I need now.
:Edit: I didn't know you moved my thread to another section, I thought you deleted it and were telling us we need to post support threads at the official Mybb forum, which is where I am unable to get the help I need.
