There should be a support forum here, for members who need support for Mybb. And since some members are to fond of the mybboard's support tactics, why not start one here?

This is actually a good idea, I have seen the support the offer at MyBBoard, some of it's helpful, some of it's not...

I'd be willing to help out any member in need of help, in as best I can(Of course I need to learn a bit more about MyBB)

Where should I put this new forum? Under Community Center?

Or should I make a new "Support" category.. ? We could put Theme support there too, instead of having people post in Coding & Customization.

This is a hard one, I think you should combine the other forums in this new one, that way we don't have our support forum scattered around, this is a bit confusing for me, but I think you should just create a new forum called "General Support" and direct all support questions to that forum.

Well Customization & Coding forum is more about themes, customization of the forum, etc. It's not really supposed to be a theme support forum. But we could make a General Support for themes and mybb....
