Hey! I posted this on the community board, but it's already buried with no response, so I figured I'd ask it here as well. Has anyone figured out a way to have text outlined? Like if you use white font for the words in a header but want a black outline, so it stands out better on a dark background?
You speaking of text on a logo or ... something else?
Text in the headers, like the title of this thread, "Outlining text in headers?" is white text on a blue background (in the corporate theme). Is there a way to outline that text in black or some other color, so it would be white on the inside and black on the outside of the letters.
Without making the title an image, I wouldn't know how... I know how to make a border around text in The GIMP, but that's for logos and stuff.
For just plain text, I don't think there's any way to do that.

I've scoured the Internet trying to find it. The closest I could find was the text-shadow command, but it only works on very few browsers. grrrrr....Neat effect if I could just find it to work universally. Oh well!
