I am creating a BB for a diverse group of people, a group of groups, actually, and several of the forums will have restricted permissions. Each of these forums will have different requirements for gaining access. I would like to have a unique message for each of these forums, telling the user the requirements for access to each of the forums. Is this possible?? If not, how do I edit the global message for restricted forums?

Well, you could add "Forum Rules" when you go to the forum management > Edit forum in the ACP. Each forum could have "rules" that appear at the top.

Or you could put it in the forum's description.
