aright so I downloaded the ultra shock theme made by firefoxwiz which is AMAZINGGGG, but I was wondering how do I change the
banner as it says ultra shock to my sites name?

You will need to overwrite the logo.png file in the UltraShock image folder.

You can also do this
Admin CP » Theme Manager » Edit Theme (on your theme)
Change the path of "Forum Logo" under Theme Options to the URL of your logo.
Good question I wanted to know the same thing.
You can also change it in the CSS.
Goto Themes in AdminCP
Modify/Delete
Edit Theme Style > click Go
Find Theme options.
Then Forum Logo and just change the file name at the end of the URL.

problems seems to be be now is that in explorer 6.0 only the word shows up but not the color behind it, and I checked in theme options, and all I could find was the location of my logo which is only text with nothing behind, and couldnt find anything to do with the color behind
It is showing up fine for me.

Odds are good if you're just getting a placeholder your link is incorrect. Double check the location and filename of your logo. One common error I see is people just replacing the name when the file type is actually different.
