I agree with the topsites idea. The subdomain and demo board as well I am not too keen on.
First off, I don't have the time to manage my own subdomain
Second off, the demo board as too much work for all of us, I believe. Unless we had one team member who has excellent upload speeds dedicate their time to uploading all the themes to the demo board, and importation, etc.
Team user subdomains would be a place to host a team members bio page or pages etc.
Demo board would also be a place that the team could dev if needed..., As we are not always at home or on our development machines..., to have a demo or dev board for the team would allow a behind the scenes team workspace. I hope that my further explanation will help sort out what I meant.
Yeah Top-sites allow a great hit count and maximum site exposure if done correctly.
But what would we put on the demo board? Would it just be to "showcase" the released themes ?

I've got two ideas actually.
1. Change the smilies. And I don't mean to add 20 new ones, the amount is enough for me already. I think they look a bit too basic though. A small idea is to create a contest where every member can participate by creating some smilies (all following a bit of the same style of course). This way the forum will definitely look better then before.
2. Make a better organization of the forum. Now some birthday topics are placed in the MyBBThemes Main Office while some are placed on a completely different part of the forum. Perhaps we should actually make one single birthday topic where the congratulations can be posted. This of course doesn't only count for the birthdays but that was a small example.
Hopefully you will find my feedback interesting (and actually do something with it).
